Regulation on fees for patents, trademarks and design, etc. No. 916/2001

The Icelandic Patent Office collects fees in accordance with the provisions of a regulation established on the basis of legislation on intellectual property rights in the field of industry and other similar service fees.

The current price list is in accordance with the Regulation on fees for patents, trademarks, design, etc. (No. 916/2001), as amended, that entered into force on 1 April 2011.

Fees for accreditation are collected in accordance with a price list established by the Minister.

Please note that application fees are non-refundable.
